Redevelopment of Park and Parking at Beniabagh Park Best utilization of the Beniabagh park in the interest of citizens and visitors of Varanasi by creating quality of urban green space/avenues and providing formal basement parking to reduce congestion on urban street.

Main objective of redevelopment of park and parking project at town hall is to -
1-Efficient utilization of land resources and decongest the roads by providing designated off-street parking space/facility to citizens.
2-Enhancing natural beauty and providing a green space for enriching the spiritual, aesthetic and social life.
3-Creation of platform for superior recreation activities and
4-Ensure active citizen engagement and visitors.
5-Providing attractive and usable green spaces to the public with suitable flowering plants/medicinal plants/shrubs/ climbers.
6-Increased access to open space and recreational areas to the citizens of Varanasi that are safe, promote physical activity.
7-Improved green cover of the city for better environmental quality while preserving the local culture and heritage.
8-Providing Park, kids’ activities area, open gym, pergolas and other facility.
9-Provide space for vendors.
